PTAC
Although PTACs are primarily used to heat or cool a single living space using only electricity (with resistive and/or heat pump heating), there are cooling-only PTACs with external heating through a hydronic heating coil or natural gas heating. Typical PTAC heating and cooling capacity values range from 2 to 5.5 kilowatts (7,000–19,000 BTU/h) nominal. One characteristic of PTACs is that condensate drain piping is not required because the condensate water extracted from the air by the evaporator coil is drawn by the condenser fan onto the condenser coil surface, where it evaporates.
Hi - velocity systems
The Hi-Velocity System is an energy-efficient air delivery system designed to provide heating, cooling, filtration, ventilation, humidification, and dehumidification. The Hi-Velocity SDHV (Small Duct High Velocity) System works on the principle of pressure rather than air velocity. It is quite different from a conventional furnace, with the main difference being that the supply ductwork is all "small diameter" or "mini duct." This makes it very easy to install inside existing walls with minimal remodeling. The flex duct fits inside a typical framed wall without disturbing the drywall. Our fan coil is modular and fits easily in mechanical rooms, closets, attics, crawlspaces, and anywhere else! The small footprint makes it the right choice for both new construction and retrofits.

HRV/ERV
An HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) removes stagnant air from high humidity areas like laundry rooms or bathrooms. Simultaneously, it introduces fresh air into spaces where people frequently gather, such as bedrooms and common living areas. In the summer, air entering the home is cooled, and in the winter, it is warmed.

ERVs (Energy Recovery Ventilators) function similarly to HRVs but allow some of the air's moisture to remain inside the home. To maintain indoor humidity levels, ERVs typically draw in outdoor air during the summer and retain some of the indoor air during the winter months.
PTAC/HIGH VELOCITY FANS
High-velocity systems operate similarly to traditional HVAC systems, where hot or cool air originates from a heating or cooling source. However, instead of using large ducts, high-velocity systems utilize very skinny, flexible tubing that is just two inches in diameter. This allows for a more discreet and adaptable installation throughout your home.

An inline exhaust fan is best defined as a fan mounted inline (inside or connected to ducting) and used for extraction purposes. SYSTEM ADD-ONS
HUMIDIFIERS
Dry sinuses, bloody noses, and cracked lips—humidifiers can help soothe these common problems caused by dry indoor air. Additionally, cool-mist humidifiers may help ease symptoms of a cold or other respiratory conditions. UV AIR CLEANER
Along with humidifiers, we have UV air purifiers as HVAC system add-ons. They are designed to use short-wave ultraviolet light (UV-C light) to inactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms like mold, bacteria and viruses. They have the same ultimate goal of all air purifiers: to reduce indoor air pollutants. The technology is also referred to as UV germicidal irradiation, or UVGI air purifiers. This is different from other air purifier technologies that contain UV light technology but do not use it directly against air pollutants.
